    Boil water. Combine black and green tea in a tea pot or tea infuser. (We recommend loose leaf Aged Puer or plain Black Tea and Sensha Green Tea)

    Add 8 oz of water and steep first cup of tea for 45-60 seconds.

    Pour first batch into a large pitcher or tea pot. Start second tea infusion (2 minutes)

    Add butter and coconut oil to first infusion and stir well (until butter melts)
