    Put the Chopped Red Cabbage, Olive Oil, Mayonnaise and Lemon Juice in a Food Processor and churn until everything in mixed well.

    Now trim the base of the stalks and use a peeler to scrape off the stringy exterior.

    Drain the can of Tuna and empty the tuna chunks into a bowl. Break down bigger pieces with a fork.

    Add the red cabbage mixture to the tuna and mix well. Taste for seasoning. If you still need more sourness, add dash of lemon now and give it a final mix.
