    Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and put it in a microwave safe bowl.

    Melt the chocolate by microwaving the pieces for 40-50 seconds. Mix and return to the microwave for a few more seconds if not completely melted.

    Smash the avocados in a mixing bowl.

    Add all the ingredients, including the melted chocolate to the smashed avocados and use an electric whisk to whip the mixture.

    Once all the ingredients are whipped, taste the mixture. If you still want a sharper orange flavor grate more zest over the mousse.

    Now gently put the mousse into your serving bowls, portioning out the mixture accordingly.

    Level the chocolate mousse using the back of a teaspoon but dont press down hard.

    Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator to set for one hour.

    Remove after an hour and garnish as desired with chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries, desiccated coconut or nuts.
