    Place cream cheese and Parmesan in a medium-size bowl, covered. You want the cream cheese out to soften.

    Clean mushrooms with a paper towel, removing dirt. Remove stems, cut ends off and chop finally. Reserve. Place mushroom caps on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Place butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onions, chopped spinach, chopped mushrooms stems and stir until soft. Then add whipping cream and dried basil.

    Add butter spinach mixture into bowl of cream cheese and Parmesan. Let stand for three minutes, Preheat oven to 375 ° F, mix gently. Once mixed, use a spoon to fill the mushroom caps.

    Top each mushroom cap with grated cheese.

    Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Broil for five minutes on high. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
