Zucchini Pesto Noodles With Sausage
For this recipe I used a vegetable Spiralizer, but if you don't have one you can use a regular potato peeler to make long, thin zucchini noodles. This recipe is so easy, fast, fresh tasting and healthy you will want to eat it all the time. I used two different colors of zucchini to add color and freshness to the dish. The sausage and pesto give this dish enough fat for it to be Keto friendly while still very low carb!
